As a user experience designer (senior or lead) within our Acquisition Experience organization, you’ll impact the user experience of a multibillion-dollar e-commerce platform by developing cutting-edge and innovative digital experiences. You’ll partner with product stakeholders to create the next generation of digital insurance experiences for Progressive.com and our e-commerce quoting funnels. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the design process, from user experience (UX) strategy and prototyping to the creation of pixel-perfect final designs that lead to direct business growth.

Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field of study (Visual Communications) and a minimum of 5 years visual web design experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years related website design, graphic design, or multimedia development experience.
Preferred Skills
- Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Demonstrated experience in Figma or similar web design programs.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Proven track record of leading customer-facing design strategy initiatives, including conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Proficiency or general knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery; experience collaborating with development teams to translate business partner needs into actionable design solutions.
Compensation
- $84,900 - $114,300/year depending on position level and experience.
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
