Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft BizTalk Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing and administering complex BizTalk environments. This role requires a deep understanding of BizTalk Server architecture, integration patterns, and troubleshooting techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain BizTalk Server environments, including configurations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and optimize BizTalk Server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BizTalk Server issues, including message failures, host instances, and orchestration errors.
  • Develop and maintain BizTalk Server solutions, including maps, schemas, orchestrations, and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications with BizTalk Server.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for production support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of BizTalk Server architecture, components, and functionalities.
  • Expertise in BizTalk Server configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing BizTalk Server artifacts (maps, schemas, orchestrations, pipelines).
  • Experience with SQL Server and database administration.
  • Knowledge of messaging protocols (SOAP, HTTP, FTP, AS2, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BizTalk Server 2020 or later versions.
  • Certifications in Microsoft BizTalk Server.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

Salary Range

$165,000 - $188,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
