Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to our Salesforce ecosystem's ongoing development and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce to meet project specifications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), MuleSoft, JSON, and platform events.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity using tools like DataLoader.
- Develop and maintain documentation for custom development, integrations, and design patterns.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications.
- Utilize VSCode for development and Bitbucket for version control, following CI/CD best practices.
- Implement email alerts, custom settings, and custom metadata types as needed.
- Work with BI tools like DOMO for data analysis and reporting.
- Follow agile methodology and utilize tools like Jira or ClickUp for project management.
- Manage changesets and ensure proper deployment processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including SOAP and REST APIs, and tools like MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
- Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling and data management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with tools like DOMO, Mulesoft, OMS (Boostr, Operative) is a plus.
