This is a 12 month contract with Swift. 2 days onsite hybrid in Manassas, VA, and 3 days remote. All visa.
Job Description
We are looking for a senior test engineer to work alongside our Messaging team. They will be working with developers to understand requirements and write back-end automated tests for the core messaging area. Having experience with scripting will help as we use an in-house automation tool written in PERL and some parts Python. It will also be beneficial for this person to have hands on experience working with UNIX/LINUX systems including command line navigation. Experience with CI/CD technology including Jenkins, Ansible, Git will also prove beneficial.
They will also be expected to integrated complex messaging components and ensure that interface requirements are met and verify E2E flows and may be asked to develop in that space.
*Please note we do not have front-end applications. The testing efforts will be backend qualifications.*
