Our team of Engineers are in charge of delivering new technology and connecting customers to products they value. Through supporting engineering, sales, and field operations, our Network Service Engineers work to ensure a great customer experience.What You’ll Do:Create the virtual circuit inventory in Next Generation Meta Solv using OSP schematics, Jobtract information and other forms.Update the virtual circuit information as physical changes are made in the outside plant due to customer migrations, Road Moves and other facility impacting projects.Generate records inventory update information for the field technicians or splicers for network improvements/changes and customer records.Provide various support for OSP Engineering, Broadband Engineering, Assignment, and Local Operations team.
