Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of engineering team experience, with 3+ years in people management
• A bachelor's degree and a passion for lifelong learning
• Proven expertise in architecting scalable, fault-tolerant systems
• A knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
• The ability to build and nurture high-performing teams
• A track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced environments
• Experience with infrastructure management and deployment automation
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise telephony systems
• A history of cross-team collaboration and boundary-pushing innovation

The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market.
