Job Requirements / Description
- The ideal candidate has 9 years of relevant experience in Sights and Electro-Optics.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Working on cross-functional projects and in a shop, environment is a requirement.
- Have expertise in working with teams and be proficient in communicating across multiple disciplines and functional organizations.
- It is necessary to have experience in vehicles, heavy vehicle platforms, or industrial optoelectronics applications.
- Leading a team of engineers in developing/concepting. Performing analysis and construction of sight systems and other electro-optical subsystems and components.
- The requirement is for solid modeling experience in NX and Creo, as well as fluency in Teamcenter and Vis Mockups.
- Manage multiple assignments by conducting analysis and design, drawing mark-ups, tolerance stacks, and producing source data for engineering changes.
