As they gear up for an imminent product launch, they’re looking for a VP of Engineering to help transform the future of AI.

As the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Conversational AI within a fast-growing, early-stage startup. This is a fully hands-on position where you'll blend high-level leadership with a skilled AI development team, while fueling your passion for AI by diving into technical work that you can’t resist getting involved in!

The person

* Must have AI start-up experience

* Conversational AI experience

* You consider yourself as a ‘hands on’ leader!

* Knowledge of Conversational AI, ML, RAG, LLM etc.

* Experience scaling high performance engineering teams

The role

* Building a Conversational AI / GenAI platform from the ground up!

* Advising the cofounder / CEO around new ways of working, tends and technology!

* Building a world class AI engineering team from scratch!

* Very ‘hands on’ to build the platform from the ground up!

* Able to enhance, drive and scale a world class AI platform!
