Trihydro Corporation is seeking a senior civil engineer to join its New Braunfels, TX office. The role sits within our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and supports clients across many industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients.
2. Mentor project team members.
3. Manage projects and coordinate with clients.
4. Prepare proposals and fee estimates.
5. Perform and review design calculations.
6. Supervise figure preparation and prepare plan sets.
7. Conduct design modeling.
8. Prepare technical memorandums and reports.
9. Prepare and review project specifications.
10. Develop construction cost estimates.
11. Prepare permit applications.
12. Support business development activities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects.

This role is for you if:

1. You have 15+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects.
2. You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or can obtain licensure within 6 months.

8. You have an interest in and ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices nationwide.
9. You have an interest in maintaining existing client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships.
