Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy Java/J2EE applications and modules.
2. Participate in system design and regular code review.
3. Collect requirements and document the software artifacts.
4. Troubleshoot production issues.
5. Define and use coding best practices.

Duration: 12 months (Contract to Hire)

Qualifications:

1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
3. Highly proficient in SQL.
4. Innovative thinking and vision.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable.
6. Must have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and initiative.
7. Experience with agile software development methodologies (scrum, etc.).
