Job Description

Placement: Direct hire, non-temp position

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Technology team supporting a Master Data Management (MDM) application. Responsibilities include:

1. Analyze new source data and new party roles.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, test, and refine rules for validation, cleansing, standardization, and matching.
3. Analyze source system data to define and refine data quality rules for master data.
4. Design and configure Informatica MDM data integrations.
5. Own and manage issue/conflict resolution demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Enhance logical and physical data model based on new requirements from new data sources and data types.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship for less experienced team members.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Competencies for Success/Requirements:

Experience:

1. 4+ years MDM implementation.
2. 4+ years Informatica Power Center.
3. 4+ years Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
4. 2+ years Java.
5. Subject matter knowledge in the Financial Industry in areas such as Dealer (dealer, branch, advisor, RIA, etc.).
6. Bachelor's Degree with work experience.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience with data quality tools.
2. Address Doctor for data cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings and industry-standard practices.
3. Designed and built Java business services to integrate with Informatica MDM using Services Integration Framework (SIF).
4. Experience as a team member in an Agile SCRUM environment.
