Job Title: CNC Mill Programmer Set-Up MachinistJob DescriptionA sheet metal fabrication company is seeking a CNC Mill Programmer Set-Up Machinist to set up and operate CNC milling machines. This role involves setting up 2-3 CNC milling machines, ensuring all setups are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to meet production specifications. Additionally, you will inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, diagnose and resolve issues with CNC machines, tooling, and programs to minimize downtime, maintain accurate records of setups, programs, and maintenance activities, and work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and achieve production goals.
