A leading IPP that has coverage across the US for Utility-scale wind projects. With a substantial pipeline of projects in both the early and delivery phase, our client are actively looking to grow their Development team and expand across multiple regions.
Job Description
The Senior Project Developer (Wind) will be responsible for:

• Lead and support an existing Development team

• Effectively grow an existing Development team focusing on Utility-scale projects

• Acquire real estate rights for development opportunities

• Maintain relationships with landowners and other local stakeholders

• Direct resource management processes and output estimates

• Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns

• Manage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement efforts

• Manage occasional permitting activities with support from other divisions of the firm

• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses

The Successful Applicant
The Senior Project Developer (Wind) will have:

• 3+ years experience within the renewable industry
• Must have developed utility-scale wind projects (ideally in ERCOT , WECC or CAISO )
• Well-rounded project management experience
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What's on Offer
The Senior Project Developer (Wind) will be eligible for:

• $130,000 - $160,000 base salary + 20% annual bonus
• 100% healthcare coverage + unlimited PTO
• Ability to work 100% remote
