What you will be doing:

• Work as part of a vehicle development team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Propose targets to satisfy vehicle concept.
• Perform testing on components and vehicles in test lab and field including instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Work with design engineers to quickly resolve issues and creates mock-up parts to validate countermeasures.
• Manage own schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate concisely via verbal and written communications and reports.
• Make decisions and proposals logically using competent problem solving, judgement and decision-making.
  

What you'll need to be successful:

• Requires a BS in Engineering or appropriate comparable discipline.
• Previous experience with data acquisition and product testing is required.
• ATV/SxS riding experience is strongly desired.
• Hands-on mechanical skills (vehicle maintenance, fabrication) are also strongly desired.
• Capability to operate large DOT CMVs (truck/trailer) is also strongly desired.
