JGM is hiring a Civil Engineer to support the design and construction of a major international resort. In this five-year, multi-phase role, you’ll work closely with top engineering firms, oversee site design, and ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and execution.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $190,000 per year
Location: Virtual with key meetings in Los Angeles
What You'll Do:
Serve as the developer's representative, overseeing site design by civil engineering firms.
Manage the selection and contracting of civil engineering firms by issuing RFPs to multiple candidates.
Negotiate fees, monitor project progress, and ensure the team meets all milestones and contract requirements.
Address and resolve any questions from civil engineers while managing contract amendments.
Verify that all project milestones comply with contract specifications and deliverables.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 15+ years of experience.
Has experience as a Project Engineer/Manager on $500M+ harbor and marina projects.
Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Proactive and effective at building relationships while upholding project standards.
