The Project Engineer will be working in a company that was founded over 100 years ago and voted “Best Workplaces” in 2021. In this position as Project Engineer, you will be focusing on sustainable wastewater and water treatment.

We are looking for an experienced Wastewater/Water Project Engineer who has experience with system design and project management. You will be overseeing multiple projects from conceptual planning through construction. The Project Engineer will work on projects such as raw water supply, treatment, rehabilitation, storage, and more.

Duties:

1. Prepare SoS and project budgets
2. Monitor project schedule as well as ensuring project is within budget
3. Coordinate meetings to clearly communicate with cross-functional teams with updates and tasks
4. Identify incorrect technical and/or financial issues and communicate those issues to appropriate staff
5. Assist client with bidding and/or contractor selection
6. Monitor and actively manage all aspects of construction administration
7. Coordinate invoices and fees in a timely manner
8. Provide feedback on marketing plans and keep a record of all marketing actions with clients

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering
2. 10+ years of water and wastewater engineering experience
3. Must have a valid P.E. License in TX
