- Full responsibility for the profit/loss of the office, including all service lines
- Department Managers within the office will report directly to the Office Manager
- Personnel recruitment
- Management and training of employees
- Financial management, marketing and business development
- Managerial and administrative duties required for developing and growing an office
- You will be expected to be a self-starter with strong marketing and business development skills, have a 'roll-up your sleeves' mentality to get things done, and be a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work.
- You will be tasked with getting the firm's name out in the marketplace.
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering - other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited
- 10+ years of technical and managerial experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within 6 months
