Note: Candidates based in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Dallas are eligible for a contract extension, depending on the company's project needs and performance, and would be required to work in a hybrid office setting.
Job Description: We are seeking a Product Designer to support the refinement of the information architecture and interaction design for a new associate experience application. As a key member of our product design team, you will design the interaction design for our in-store associates to manage and engage with our organization including viewing and managing their schedules, tracking completion of important trainings, and engaging with other associates and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility will be to design end-to-end experiences via wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for tasks that support our associates and their digital needs.
- Design within existing design system standards.
- Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners.
- Promote design solutions to broader partner teams and leadership.
- Understand human-centered design principles and can advocate on behalf of the end-users.
- Support the facilitation of human-centered workshops.
Requirements:
- 2+ years designing applications.
- Experience with Figma design tool.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in design, human-centered interaction, psychology, or related field preferred.
