#11883 - System Test Engineer Lead

About the Role

Project Starline is working on the next wave of machine learning (AI) driven telecommunication devices that enable co-presence through 3D displays, face tracking, machine learning, and multi-capture camera with cloud-based rendering and teleportation capabilities that transport users across the globe. We are looking for those experienced with systems testing in the telecommunications and/or video conferencing space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize software testing team, ensuring all release deliverables are met on time.
• Organize and execute on test strategy and plans provided by program management.
• Manage transformation of PRD’s and new features into test cases to maximize test coverage.
• Represent QA team at release meetings with critical data that impacts gating decisions.
• Improve existing software testing processes and methodologies.
• Drive critical bugs to closure, to quickly unblock releases.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in test planning and test strategy development.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Test Automation in at least one programming language.
• Adept at troubleshooting complex systems integration issues through log analysis.
