Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking skilled and focused Mechanical Assemblers for a Technology company in Rochester Hills, MI. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We're looking for individuals who are ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to the smooth operation of our company. Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate specialized capital equipment at the facility.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints with proficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and suggest equipment improvements.
• Assist in the installation and startup of equipment at customer sites.
• Manage the assembly, integration, and testing of equipment according to project schedules.
• Coordinate equipment shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Previous experience in equipment or machine assembly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Highly driven and capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred).
