Position: Sharepoint Developer
Location: Orlando, FL 32826
Duration: 6-month contract
Rate Range: $30-$59 Per Hour
Position Overview:
This program encompasses the US Army’s simulation and training objectives/initiatives. This work will be in support of a Management Information System (MIS), an IT enterprise logistical tool that interfaces with all systems, managing thousands of people through this portal with 1K databases.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile program, stand ups, and assignments on the board in an open and transparent culture.
- Engage in sprints that vary from 2-3 weeks.
- Initially, all hands-on deck will be required; once resources learn the environment, opportunities for development in other areas will arise.

Working in support of the armed forces and on a hybrid remote schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and REST API.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Plusses:
- DoD experience.
- .NET experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications.
- Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other tools.
- Develop workflows, web parts, and custom features to enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of SharePoint environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
