Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key engineering projects, including capital project execution
• Evaluate and optimize day-to-day production results
• Design, improve, and implement new operational plant processes
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements
• Troubleshoot and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems
