Key Purpose of Role:

This role requires working on requirements from product management/customers and making timely delivery while effectively managing the project, people, and quality. The person will be managing a team of Software developers working on .NET technology, Cloud, and software testing. He/She will be responsible for delivery management on time and working with global stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

People Management:

• Manage one Functional Team that supports any one of the Cell/region.
• Manage a group of employees. Provide leadership and guidance to the teams.
• Provide support for recruitment, training, performance management, etc.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.

Product and Project Management:

• Support product development by enabling creative use of existing technology platforms and by encouraging new technologies where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to execute the projects.
• Plan and execute projects/products delivered within the Functional Team.
• Ensure process compliance throughout the team.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Work with other departments of the firm, such as HR, Finance, etc. on Group issues.
• Work with regional stakeholders to understand the product/project needs, assign duties to team members, and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Professional Experience:

11-16 years managing technical delivery on .NET stack, strong in technical delivery.

Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification - B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech.

Exposure to ISO systems and accreditation.

Exposure to CMMI.
