Position: Tier 3 JAMF/Mac Desktop Support
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA (30004)
Duration: 6-Month Contract, Possible Perm Conversion
Pay Rate: $30-$33/hour
Our client is looking for an IT Engineer, this is the tier 3 level support on the Service Desk team, directly reporting to the Senior Manager. They will be supporting all internal employees, which includes 200 Mac users and 2500 Windows users. This person will primarily be supporting all Mac related service desk responsibilities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
All work within PC\Mac management:
- JAMF management
- Tool administration
- Creating and maintaining master images
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Networking issues
- Working with a team of technicians
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience with the following:
- Mac and Windows/PC management
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Setting up workstations
- JAMF management
- Network Administration (50+ users in corporate environment)
Plusses:
- Tanium
- JAMF certificate 200 or 300
Compensation:
$30/hour to $33/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
