Qualifications

Basic

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2. At least 7 years of experience within Information Technology.

Preferred

1. At least 6 years of experience in Web Content Management (WCM) Tools and technologies like Adobe AEM(CQ5), CRX, CRXDE, JCR, REST, Apache Sling, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, JSON, and other web technologies.
2. At least 5 years of experience in AEM 5.6/6.0.
3. Provide architecture services for Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM/CQ5, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Social, etc.)
4. At least 5 years of experience in project execution.
5. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
6. Very good communication, articulation, and analytical skills.
7. At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
