Civil Engineer

Job Description
Engineering firm in St. Louis, Missouri suburb is hiring a Civil Engineer for their growing team!
Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering calculations/design
• Perform research to gather pertinent data
• Complete detailed analyses of data and calculations
• Prepare plans for submittal to various cities and agencies, construction documents and all supporting documentation
• Lead project team in meeting schedule and budget goals
• Assist with preparing project budgets/schedules
• Prepare written communication and technical specifications/reports
• Review construction contract documents, preliminary/final plans and specifications
• Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal Codes
• Make recommendations for additions, deletions, substitutions when modifications are necessary
• Attend client and project team meetings
• Periodic visits to construction sites

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• PE License
• Experience in Water, Wastewater, Transportation and/or Land Development
• Working experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Salary is commensurate with experience.
