Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as an individual contributor, playing a crucial role in delivering product features and driving the development of cutting-edge enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pragmatic Problem-Solving: Provide practical solutions by understanding and effectively leveraging the existing tech stack.
2. Tech Stack Utilization: Utilize Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, React, MobX, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to build robust and scalable applications.
3. UI/UX Excellence: Ensure high-quality UI/UX in frontend applications using React and MobX, with a focus on responsive design through CSS.
4. Product Feature Delivery: Work as an individual contributor while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality product features.
5. Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
6. Innovation and Integration: Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance our product offerings.
7. Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure the highest standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
8. Documentation and Technical Specifications: Produce comprehensive documentation and technical specifications to guide the development process and ensure clear communication.
9. Security Best Practices: Implement and advocate for security best practices in all aspects of software development.

Generative AI Expertise:

1. Prototype Delivery: Utilize generative AI tools to expedite the development and delivery of prototypes, ensuring rapid iteration and feedback cycles.
2. High-Quality Code: Apply generative AI techniques to produce high-quality code, enhancing efficiency and maintainability.
3. Test Data and Documentation: Generate comprehensive test data and documentation using AI, streamlining the development and testing processes.
4. Innovation in New Domains: Leverage generative AI to explore and innovate in new technological domains, expanding the capabilities and reach of our product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development, design, and build.
3. Proven success in driving projects from concept to launch.
4. Ability to influence with sound technical judgment.
5. Demonstrated experience in high-quality, highly scalable cloud-native software development.
6. Proficiency in modern programming languages, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, AI/ML mechanisms, UI frameworks, and performant data models.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Expertise in breaking down cloud-native monolithic high-volume applications.
2. Experience implementing machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions (optional).
