Role: Java/ Microservices Developer

This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant's EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with "best of bread" platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of Software Development Experience (Mandatory)
* 7+ years of programming experience in Java environment (JAVA 8) (Mandatory)
* Experience with micro services/API is mandatory (Microservices, spring, spring boot)
* Working experience in Cloud (PCF, AWS etc.)
* 7+ years of programming experience in Java environment (JAVA 8, Maven, Tomcat, Hibernate, Cassandra, Micro Services using Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud foundry, Jenkins, Junit, cucumber test cases, Angular, jQuery, Intellij IDE, Mongo DB)
* 4+ years working in an Agile framework (SCRUM)
* Should have hands on experience & be able to design & code

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $132,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
