Cleared Senior Integration & Test Engineer, National/Tactical Systems

GA-CCRi is looking for Senior Systems Integration Engineers to join our National Tactical Department, leveraging our global situation awareness platform in new next-generation Battle Orchestration capabilities for Department of Defense customers. Join our team as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, where you'll spearhead software development and integration testing efforts. Collaborate closely with our talented Model-Based System Engineers (MBSE), who excel in modeling expertise. This opportunity offers contributing alongside MSBEs in designing and developing scalable, high-performance systems that leverage advanced modeling methodologies. Systems Modeling Language (SysML) functional models are used to employ solutions that orchestrate engagement control via System of Systems (SoS) architectures. Engineering solutions are tested, demonstrated, and assessed by subject matter experts followed by solution transitioning. We empower decision makers to solve meaningful challenges through innovative data science and scalable software engineering.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with MBSEs to ensure that MBSE frameworks align with System of Systems (SoS) architecturesLead development and define complexity of work for integration support, data validation, configuration, deployment, customization, and testingProvide focused Integration & Test mentorship and training to junior engineersValidate the integrity and accuracy of data exchanged between system components and communicate summarized updates to team and stakeholders regularlyDefine, estimate, and implement solutions to replicate behavior of external systems/environments to ensure quality and confidence with integration effortsCollaborate with project leadership and team in assigning, delegating, and owning software development tasks based on estimations and complexityTranslate system requirements into testable scenarios, ensuring that all aspects of the model are thoroughly tested and validatedPlan, estimate, and execute testing of interactions and interfaces between different subsystems or modules, ensuring that data flows smoothly and that all components communicate effectivelyCreate and oversee execution of testing plans based on system requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all functionalities and interfacesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including MBSEs and project managers, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the testing processRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree and two or more years experience on system engineering principles and practices.3-5 years experience with Integration and Testing of production systemsFamiliar with scripting/programming languages including Bash, Python, Java, and JavaScriptExperience with integration testing methodologies and techniques, including testing of interfaces, data exchange, and system interactions.Experience in developing scripts or utilities for monitoring, logging, and performance profiling of integrated systemsExperience with software development life cycles and best practicesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologiesFamiliar with containers and basic orchestration (Docker, Docker-Compose and similar)Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and present findings to stakeholders.Ability to develop solutions to a variety of routine and non-routine problems of moderate scope and complexityDesired Skills and ExperienceExperience integrating military systems in secure environmentsExperience with verification, validation, and regression testingKnowledge of relevant domains such as aerospace or defense industriesInterested in Geospatial data processing and tactical commsCurious and excited to learn new technologiesExcited about understanding our customer’s needs and missionInterested in maintaining and adapting complex systemsExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration toolsFamiliar with RESTful APIsTravel Percentage Required0-10% (use next tier)Relocation Assistance ProvidedYesUS Citizenship Required?YesClearance Required?YesClearance LevelAbility to transfer and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a CI poly is required.Pay Range$130,000 - 180,000BenefitsCasual Work EnvironmentIntellectually Challenging WorkHealth Insurance including FSA, HSA and Tricare Supplement optionsShort/Long Term Disability InsuranceGenerous Defined Retirement Benefit, including both a 401K match and pension plan.Very Flexible Vacation PolicyThe job description above is not intended to be comprehensive list.
