Currently, we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Network Engineer
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits
Qualifications:
- Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
- Demonstrated extensive experience with utilizing security products such as Network monitoring devices to detect attacks
- Demonstrated senior level knowledge of cyber security and information security practices.
- Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments
- Hands-on experience interpreting Linux and network data
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment
- Experience implementing security standards in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience developing administrative guides to document system troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading
- Experience designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of the current network
- Experience implementing and documenting security processes and policies
- Self-starter and possess a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriate
- Flexibility – works well both independently and as a team player; must be eager to learn
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and adaptable to shifting requirements
