NuAire, Inc. is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer. This position will be responsible for the design, development, and management of products throughout their lifecycle.

Salary Range is from $65,000 - $95,000. Starting salary will be dependent on experience level.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
Experience:
  • Two plus years of experience in product engineering, product development, or related roles.
  • Firsthand experience with CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials (Sheet Metal/Welding).
  • Experience in project management, familiarity with quality control systems (ISO, UL).
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRP.
Duties:
  • Lead the design and development of products from concept to production.
  • Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and iterate based on feedback to ensure product functionality, quality, and durability.
  • Work closely with R&D, fabrication and assembly teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed product specifications, technical drawings, manuals, inspection reports, and other documentation.
  • Ability to construct detailed bills of materials.
  • Assist in the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
