Job Responsibilities:
- Quick learner of new products and troubleshooting skills
- Pre-sales support: CCTV system design, customer-facing product presentation through webinar or visit customer’s company.
- Feel comfortable talking to customers face to face and work independently to host training events
- Great team member able to share knowledge and work with other team members
- Provide technical support via phone or email
- Use remote software to troubleshoot issues
- Document and research all inquiries or problems in ticketing system
- Test cameras related products and management software
- Assemble HDD to recorder
- Assist RMA process
- Able to travel to customer sites for training or troubleshooting (could be local or out of state)
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in video surveillance, CCTV, or IT Networking
- No experience is fine
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to both non-technical and technical audiences
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Able to travel occasionally both locally and within North America
