Entry-Level Data Entry Associate

Contract to Hire!
Starting rate: $16.00/hr., paid weekly
Hours: 8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours. No Weekends
Location: Concord, NH

• s a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
• You will verify and correct data where necessary.

s a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and
• forms
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Print information when required
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• ssisting with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Have MS Office product experience
• Have the ability to type 40 WPM (words per minute)
• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Have prior business environment work experience
• Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
• Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a Visa transfer or visa sponsorship
