We are currently seeking a part-time Senior Wetlands Engineer for our Bozeman, MT location. Job responsibilities will include:
- Design and optimization of constructed (treatment) wetlands for industrial purposes of meeting effluent standards for impaired water bodies.
- Direct and review designs and construction of wetland facilities.
- General oversight of project direction, planning, and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
The selected candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of related experience. Qualified candidates must also have/be:
- High level of communication and technical skill in the discipline.
- Computer skills including typing, emailing, Adobe, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Degree / Certifications:
- Master's degree in Science required.
- Member of associations in Science and Engineering preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Travel up to 10% (<100 miles) to project sites will be required.
- Must be able to traverse uneven ground on job sites.
Work Environment:
- Primary work environment will include field work around mine sites, active industrial areas, and around road corridors.
The rate of pay for this position is $45 - $75/hour, depending on education, experience, skills, and location.
