Summary:
This successful candidate will be competent developing applications and solutions for SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft SharePoint Online 365. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for supporting our development team in all aspects of the development, testing, and implementation of classic SharePoint solutions and SharePoint Online solutions using standard SharePoint components as well as Microsoft’s Power Platform.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop technical specifications and architecture for SharePoint Sites and components
- Analyze system requirements, as well as document and prioritize tasks
- Support testing and debugging of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows
- Develop workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools
- Provide quality assurance review and evaluation of existing and new SharePoint solutions
- Work with management to plan project schedules and technical direction
- Attend design meetings and write/deliver status reports
- Monitor the technical performance of SharePoint sites and their components
- Design, develop, and implement unit and scenario testing, for existing and new functionality
- Mentor junior staff members in best practice and solutions development
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience in SharePoint development both on-prem and online
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Platform
- Knowledge of Nintex Forms and workflow a plus
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work in a team environment
Work Location:
Baltimore, two days a week onsite
