What You'll Do:
As the Product Manager for the Retail Media API, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for how various external stakeholders connect with our platform via APIs. This role is strategically vital to our Retail Media business, enabling sophisticated clients, integrators, and third parties to develop effectively on our APIs at scale. The success of our API strategy hinges on your ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally, understanding and accounting for the diverse use cases and constraints of both internal and external partners.
About the role:
- Develop and drive a cross-product line roadmap to enhance the Retail Media API offering.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to set the strategy and ensure its successful execution.
- Proactively seek innovative solutions to advance some of Retail Media’s most significant objectives.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Interact with current and potential third-party API developers - both to influence our roadmap and inform their implementation of our API.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of API features and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze API usage data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to ensure successful adoption and integration of APIs by external developers and partners.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and enhance the API product.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for API security, scalability, and performance.
- Represent the product at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote and evangelize the Retail Media API offering.
Who You Are:
- Hold a degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or an equivalent.
- Possess extensive experience working with APIs.
- Have a proven track record of managing technical products from inception to launch.
- Bring experience in the advertising ecosystem; experience in Retail Media is an advantage.
- Have a background as a developer or in supporting developers, with a successful history of representing their needs and solving their challenges.
- Demonstrate keen intellectual curiosity and a knack for structuring and solving complex problems.
- Exhibit autonomy and self-drive, with a readiness to take initiative and ownership to foster business growth.
- Are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excel in communication and stakeholder management, with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners at all levels.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is: $122,960 - $160,000.
