The opportunity

Ernst & Young’s US Government and Public Sector (GPS) practice is a robust and emerging practice with tremendous potential for growth. The Radiant Logic Engineer - Senior is responsible for Splunk implementation; the project includes continued enhancement and operationalization of the solution within the client operating environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

The Radiant Logic Engineer provides support as an Identity Management Directory Services Administrator. Responsibilities include:

  • Administration of LDAP/Directory Services products in Identity and Access Management, such as Red Hat Directory Server, RadiantOne Identity Data Platform, and Shibboleth
  • Applying fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
  • Maintaining collaboration sites for onboarding documentation
  • Ongoing development support for new policy creation and other COTS software configuration
  • Supporting the review of existing processes and procedures and implement efficiency improvements
  • Performing installations and configurations for LDAP/Directory Services products
  • Performing installations and configurations for the SSO product – Shibboleth
  • Responsible for performing patching and system updates
  • Analyzing and resolving infrastructure issues
  • Interfacing with customers to support onboarding activities
  • Using tools such as Splunk to perform auditing and logging
  • Providing knowledge transfer and hands-on training to other team members

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related role
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in the greater Washington, DC area

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cybersecurity assessments
  • Cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls
  • Cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps
  • Cybersecurity awareness and training
  • Cybersecurity metrics and reporting
  • Cybersecurity organization design and implementation
  • Cybersecurity and risk management solution design and implementation
