Based in San Francisco, CA, we are an exciting FinTech company with the mission of leveling the playing field by building financial products that help our users better manage their financial future. Our platform allows users access to cash, build credit, spend money, file their taxes, and more. You will help convert the data surrounding a customer's financial life into tools that make our customers smarter and better equipped financially for the future.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems for our fintech platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionality
• Optimize and improve existing code to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all backend systems
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in backend technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems
• Expertise in Golang
• Experience with GCP or BigQuery
• Experience with MySQL
• Strong understanding of finance and fintech
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
