We are working with a Fortune 200 Corporation which provides services and products to the upstream oil and natural gas industry and is one of the world's largest oil field service companies.
We are seeking an experienced PWA Mobile App Developer for a short-term, special project. The role focuses on Progressive Web App (PWA) development for iPhone devices running iOS 17.7 and above, with particular emphasis on addressing compatibility issues across different iPhone models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the PWA mobile app for iPhones using Angular 16+ .
- Troubleshoot and resolve PWA app compatibility issues across iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 models.
- Implement offline data capture functionality, leveraging IndexDB and caching mechanisms to ensure data sync with backend when the device is online.
- Analyze mobile browser console logs using MacBook to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Top 3 Skills Required:
- PWA Mobile App Development on iPhone (iOS version 17.7+).
- Angular 16+ expertise .
- Proven experience with resolving issues related to PWA Apps breaking on iPhone 12/13 and working better on iPhone 14/15.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience handling FetchEvent.respondWith errors and other PWA-specific issues discussed in online forums (e.g., Github, Stack Overflow).
- Ability to analyze and debug using Safari on iOS and review relevant community discussions to provide solutions.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid (2-3 days onsite, rest remote).
- Onsite work location will be provided at the time of selection.
Assignment Details:
- Duration : 1 month
- Shift : As needed, flexible hours to ensure project completion.
