We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering programs that drive technical and organizational excellence. The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing large, complex programs, with a proven track record of success in technical program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy : Develop and implement the program's vision, strategy, and deliverables in alignment with business strategies and budgets.
- Program Management : Own the program's business case, and ensure effective cross-functional and regional coordination. Manage project dependencies, contracts, vendor relationships, and communications.
- Planning & Execution : Maintain responsibility for program objectives, ensuring alignment with financial and resource constraints. Build and lead the program team to success.
- Project Management Support : Ensure proper staffing for all projects within the program. Act as an escalation point for project issues impacting costs, schedules, or performance.
- Steering Committee Leadership : Chair program steering committee meetings and provide leadership and guidance for the entire program lifecycle.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Engage with a variety of teams across and ensure alignment with overall project and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of directly relevant experience in technical program management .
- Experience in defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition.
- Previous experience with JIRA and Confluence is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data engineering program management is a plus.
- CRM and Agile certifications are nice to have but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate technical details to business leaders.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and program financial management.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data engineering program management is a huge advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems , Agile methodologies , and technical project management best practices.
