Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining and ordering parts and equipment inventory
• Ensure that engineers respond and close Alice tickets
• Ensure that daily checklists and Preventative Maintenance is assigned and completed
• Ensure everything is in working order in Guestrooms, Public Areas and Heart of the house and maintained to brand standards
• Maintain current HVAC certification
• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable

Requirements

• Ability to work AM & PM shifts including weekends and holidays
• Active HVAC certification
• Previous supervisory/management experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
