Summary:

As the new Sr. Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in one of their largest production facilities. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to:

• Spearhead multiple high-impact capital projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Directly report to the Plant Engineering Manager, influencing key decisions.
• Apply your expertise to shape the future of our manufacturing processes.

Compensation: $100K - $130K + 10% bonus + 9% 401K match + outstanding relocation.

Location: Janesville, WI. Excellent relocation is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with Operations, Production, Finance, etc.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, reporting, and financial forecasting.
• Travel as needed to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other project-related locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Travel up to 15% domestic.
