We are on a mission to do something that has never been done before – to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand. That requires a high level of imagination, commitment, and determination from people who take extreme ownership of their circumstances. We are proud that our commitment to culture has earned us the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award as one of the nation’s top employers, as well as distinct recognition in the following categories: Leadership, Purpose & Values, and Compensation & Benefits.

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to this mission by identifying and executing high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensuring the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of West Shore Home's digital product portfolio. You will report directly to our Software Development Manager and work closely with departments across the company to deliver customer-facing digital products.

  • You detest being a cog in a machine—we empower everyone to influence change.
  • You require a healthy work-life balance—we uphold that principle.
  • You want a career trajectory—we're growing at a rapid pace.
  • You want a choice in your work environment—we support flexible remote and hybrid arrangements.
  • You need comprehensive benefits—we have them (see below).

  • Communicate successes, challenges, and constructive feedback so we may collectively achieve our goals.
