Job Role: Engineering Team Leader

Salary: £55.5k, 8% Matched Pension, Private Healthcare, Endless Progression, Training and Many More Benefits!

Shifts: 4 on 4 off

Location: Sheffield

The Company:
An opportunity has arisen for an engineering shift leader to join one of the leading manufacturing companies in the UK! As a maintenance shift leader, you will have the chance to work on a state-of-the-art facility and progress through the ranks!

The Role:
As a maintenance team leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing a team of engineers, creating a high performing culture, executing PPMs and H+S.
2. Responding to breakdowns – you will still play your part with the tools.
3. Responding to mechanical and electrical issues.

Requirements:
To be a successful maintenance team leader, our client requires:

1. NVQ level 3 or above in engineering.
2. Supervisory/team leader experience is desirable but not essential if you’re a solid multi-skilled engineer.
3. Manufacturing experience.
