POSITION: Machining/CNC Instructor
REPORTS TO: Director of Industrial Trades
STARTING DATE: 2024-2025 School Year
WORK SCHEDULE: Evening - substitute as needed
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Auburn Career Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Machining/CNC Instructor. The instructor is responsible for preparing students for employment in the manufacturing industry by developing their skills in precision machining, blueprint reading, machine setup, and programming using industry-standard software and equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current/valid State Board of Education Adult Education Teaching Permit or State Board of Education Teachers License
• Documentation of a clear criminal record check (board policy 3121)
• Being motivated, self directed
• Function as a team player
• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule
