We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Application Engineer / Sales Manager to expand our presence throughout Latin America.
In this role, you'll work with distributors and partners providing energy solutions and industrial equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual technical sales professional ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Market Development: Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, including sales forecasts, expense budgets, and region-specific strategies.
- New Market Opportunities: Actively prospect for new market segments and distributors, while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Distributor & Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships with distributors, offering technical support and ensuring product success and loyalty.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical training, guidance, and post-sale support on product installation and maintenance.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Produce regular sales reports, tracking progress towards goals and identifying future opportunities.
- Trade Shows & Conferences: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to expand your network and promote our innovative products.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical equipment sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
We'd Be Delighted if You Have:
- Experience with international organizations and managing distributor networks.
- Background in gas systems, vaporizers, or equipment used in industrial heating applications (e.g., combustion systems, heat exchangers, fuel delivery systems).
