As a Process Engineer you will play a key part in developing, implementing and optimizing our manufacturing processes.  You will identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot problems and recommend processes designed to be efficient, cost effective and promote quality and reliability.

What will you need to be successful?
  • BS Degree in Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a casting or complex manufacturing setting
What will you do?
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield
  • Develop and implement new processes, including designing, testing, and upgrading systems
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues stemming from special or common cause variation
  • Perform process simulations to evaluate different process scenarios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality control) to ensure effective implementation of process improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct risk assessments via FMEA process to evaluate potential quality departures.  Drive actions for high-risk priority numbers identified
  • Track and analyze process metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop new or additional KPI's required to systematically monitor process controls
