Data Engineer

Our client is looking for a Data Engineer to join their team. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and business acumen to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting structures
2. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
3. Create insightful visualizations to communicate complex data stories
4. Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights
5. Ensure data quality and integrity through data profiling and cleansing

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)
2. Proven experience in data analysis, warehouse and reporting
3. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
4. Strong development experience with Azure Data Factory or ms Fabric
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
