Software Engineer (Mid to Senior Level)

We have an immediate need for a Software Engineer (Mid-Level or higher required) to support the PICTUREPOSTCARD tool. Want to join a talented team of engineers who develop, sustain, upgrade, and enhance software and full system solutions using the latest development tools, libraries, and techniques? Then this position is for you!

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional developer experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience
• Must have the ability to quickly understand existing code and system architecture
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role

Required technical skills include:

• Java
• Python
• Spring Boot
• SQL
• Bash scripting
• Git

Additional desired technical skills may include experience with:

• Experience with multi-threaded programs and databases
• Splunk Dashboard development
• Sybase
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• UI Development experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
• SaltStack
• Apache NiFi
• Agile software development
• Jira and Confluence
