Sitecore Developer

We all pitch in on everything around here, even loading the breakroom dishwasher. But as a Sitecore Developer, you’ll be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing complex websites using Sitecore CMS.
2. Finding creative, elegant solutions to technical challenges.
3. Meeting requirements in a variety of ways and making development decisions based on client needs.
4. Conducting performance tests when developing.
5. Providing rock-solid estimates because you know how long something will really take.

REQUIREMENTS

We care more about your talent and passion than your years of experience, but you should have:

1. 1-3 years experience working with Sitecore.
2. Sitecore Certification is preferred but not required.
3. Experience working with TDS, Unicorn, or Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS).
4. Knowledge of Solr or Coveo search.
5. Knowledge of Helix design principle is a must.
6. Experience with SCRUM/Agile, Lean development methodologies.

Prior consulting and/or digital agency experience is a plus.
